Amanda Wheeler is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience across a variety of health care settings. Her passion for supporting laboring mothers and caring for newborns truly defines her career. After earning her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Íò²©¹ÙÍø, Wheeler was thrilled to return to her alma mater as a full-time faculty member. She is committed to nurturing the growth of her students — both as skilled nurses and as individuals — and finds great fulfillment in witnessing their development and success.

Wheeler considers it a privilege to care for individuals at all stages of life, whether it's a 24-week-old baby in the NICU or a 103-year-old patient in a rehab facility. She also views teaching the next generation of nurses as a true blessing. Outside of her professional life, Wheeler enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children: Jack, Ella Grace and Emma.
